Orrick advised Digital-Freight-Forwarder Bridge in a seed funding round that brought the company 1,5 million euros. The Italian company was assisted by Orrick Partner and Technology Company Group Head, Attilio Mazzilli.

The round was led by lead investor Azimut Libera Impresa SGR S.p.A., acting on behalf of Azimut Digitech Fund, and supported by global law firm Gianni & Origoni. The firm offices in Bologna took care of GOP4Venture practice area whilst Studio Notarile VRCT (Bologna) handled all notarial services. The Orrick team that included Attilio Mazzilli assisted Bridge in the funding round.

Bridge is the brainchild of three Italian guys who created a digital platform whose aim is to transform the freight transport sector. By offering digital solutions to better manage trucking and intermodal transport in LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and FTL (Full-Truck-Load) shipments, the company’s intent is to make logistics faster, greener and more efficient.
